Account & Access

Click “Sign Up” on the top-right, select “School”, fill basic details, verify your email/phone, and you’re in.

Use “Forgot Password” on the login page. We’ll email a reset link. If not received, check spam or contact support.

Billing & Payments

We support UPI, net banking, major cards, and bank transfer for annual subscriptions. GST invoices are auto-issued.

Go to Dashboard → Billing → Invoices. You can download PDFs for all completed payments.

School Listing & Leads

Upload required documents in Dashboard → Verification. Once approved, the verified badge appears on your profile.

Yes. Enable WhatsApp notifications in Dashboard → Leads → Settings. Only verified numbers can be linked.

For Parents

Open the school page and click “Apply / Enquire”. Fill the form and you’ll receive updates on email/phone.

Application fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the school’s policy on their page.

Technical Support

Use JPG/PNG under 3MB each. If it persists, attach a screenshot in the ticket form below or email support.

Check our status page (link above). If an incident is ongoing, we’ll post updates there. Otherwise raise a ticket.
